SCDE and Parchment have partnered to provide the South Carolina eTranscript Initiative. This initiative provides Districts the ability to use Parchment's eTranscript service at no cost to students or the District. The partnership expanded with the SHARE initiative, which includes a PowerSchool plugin and the ability to send transcripts between South Carolina high schools for the purposes of student transfer.
